GTA 5 (No Mods) 3xFPS Boost // How to Run 480p + No Shadows

Hello and Welcome to Todays Video where we'll be taking a look at how i run GTA 5 on the lowest end cards. This was Tested with the Nvidia Geforce 8600GTS and Boosted our FPS from 10 to 30+.

Step1. Go to My Computer, and Open Up "My Documents" From here Head to \Rockstar Games\GTAV.

Step2. Open Settings.XML with Either Word or Notepad.

Step 3. Change ShadowQuality to "ShadowQuality value="0" and change ScreenWidth value="640" /ScreenHeight value="480" /
to those respective values.

Congratualtions you have entered 480p with No Shadows.
